Returns Policy

RETURNS CRITERIA
Items must be securely packaged and returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with packaging and tags intact.
Returns that are received in unsatisfactory conditions will be denied.
Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear from usage are not considered as faulty goods.

RETURNS PROCEDURE
Please email us at info@rosesandrhinos.com with order details. Please send items to 5 Sunset Terrace 597262 
If Replacement goods required, they will be sent out as soon as we receive and inspect your returns. 

 The customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
